If you cannot do:
- The endurance test: you should do an original homework by computer, writing benefits of doing exercise and problems related to sedentary lifestyle. 2 pages.
- Sit-ups test or Jump test: Complete the ASSESSMENT linked with another test different to those that we have done and that measssure the same physical capacity (in this case: Strength) Note: it doesn’t matter if you cannot do one or two of the test. You just have to complete the assessment ONCE.
